Utah Food Bank
The Utah Food Bank provides free food at each of its locations throughout the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. Please go to utahfoodbank.org/find-a-pantry to find a location and obtain more information. Call the designated number to obtain their hours of operation before arrival.

Maliheh Free Medical Clinic
The clinic provides full medical services for low income families. To be a Maliheh Free Clinic patient, you must be uninsured (no Medicaid, Medicare or PCN) and have a household income under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level which is $27,000/year for a single person or $55,000 for a family of four. If you are outside of Utah, every state has a listing of free medical clinics. These are no emergency facilities but have family medical doctors who exam, diagnose and treat conditions. Most clinics also off mental health services. Once again, to qualify you must be earning less than the state’s poverty line which differs from state to state. CHEAP MEDICAL CARE BY AN ONLINE DOCTOR
We’re so happy to tell you about an online doctor service called Dr. Says. You can schedule a doctor call at any hour on any day. The visit is only $30 per call (plus a $3.33/month subscription fee) the doctor can write prescriptions and order tests at a reduced rate. You stay comfortable in your home and talk to a real doctor. We personally use this service and it’s great! No insurance required.
Roseman Dental Clinic
Roseman Dental Clinic is a low fee clinic at Roseman University. Students work on patients to hone their skills but their work is carefully watched by the professors. There quality of care is very good and they charge a fraction of the price you would find at a regular dentist office. They are accepting new patients. Insurance is not accepted.
